The shipping option chosen at checkout was GLS (4–6 working days), which is an estimate based on the date of dispatch rather than the order date—this is standard across most online retailers. On the day you placed your order (October 16th), GLS had already collected parcels earlier that day, and so your order was dispatched the following working day (October 17th). The parcel arrived on October 27th, which was precisely 6 working days from dispatch and therefore within the expected delivery window.

Transit times can be subject to external factors such as customs delays, cargo backlogs, weather conditions, and seasonal congestion—particularly in October as we near the holiday period.
