Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide from our distribution centre in Cork, Republic of Ireland.

Expedited delivery is available to all supported destinations through either DHL Express or FedEx. Economy delivery options are also available for most countries, depending on the destination and the services available at checkout.

Free Worldwide Shipping

Enjoy free worldwide shipping on all orders over €80.

The applicable free shipping option will be displayed at checkout. In most cases, free worldwide shipping is provided through DHL Global Mail, although the available service may vary depending on the destination.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 12 noon Irish time on a working day are normally dispatched the same day.

Orders placed after 12 noon, or during weekends and public holidays, will normally be dispatched on the next working day.

While we aim to dispatch every order promptly, occasional delays may occur during particularly busy periods.

Import Duties and Taxes

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be paid by the recipient. JRC Components has no control over these charges, so we recommend contacting your local customs authority for further information before placing your order if you are uncertain of any details.

45-Day Returns

We offer a 45-day no-quibble returns policy.

Unwanted products may be returned within 45 days of delivery, provided they are unused and returned in their original condition.

Before returning an item, please contact us with your order number and complete the returns form. Items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned items have been received and inspected.

Product Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our products and provide a comprehensive 24-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Should you experience an unexpected issue with one of our products, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, supporting photographs. We will review the matter promptly and arrange a suitable replacement or resolution where the product is covered by the warranty.

This warranty does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
