Shipping Information

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
All orders are dispatched from our distribution centre in Cork, Republic of Ireland. Orders placed before 1pm (Irish Time) are typically dispatched the same day.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
For the most accurate and up-to-date delivery information, always refer to the estimates provided at checkout.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes using our 'Global Mail' option, available at checkout for most countries worldwide. This service utilizes national postal providers , enabling delivery to P.O. box addresses in most cases. 
Private courier services (e.g., DHL, FedEx) in contrast, typically cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards e.g. Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc. We also accept PayPal.
IS BUYING ON-LINE SAFE?
Yes, the JRC Components online store runs on the Shopify framework. Shopify is PCI level 1 compliant for credit card processing which means that it adheres to the highest standards of server compliance.

Orders and Returns

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE A PROBLEM OR WANT TO RETURN PARTS?
Unwanted items can be returned or exchanged within 45 days of the purchase date. Products must be returned in unused condition with original packaging. The customer must bear the cost of the return shipping fees.
Once received, a full refund will be issued along with any shippings costs which had initially been incurred.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
An account is not necessary for placing an order. Anyone can place an order on our website. Creating an account allows for ease of purchase for future orders and for an overview of all previous orders in a convenient manner however is not a necessity. 
WHO SHOULD I TO CONTACT IF I HAVE ANY QUERIES?
You can contact us via our online enquiry form. You can call us on +353 (021) 202 8302 (during office hours), alternatively you can email us on info@jrc-components.com. We aim to reply to all queries within 1 working day, however, sometimes due to high traffic it may be slightly longer. If your enquiry is related to an existing order, please include the order number in the email.
IS MY PURCHASE COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Yes, we offer a comprehensive 24 month warranty on any defective products and will be happy to replace any unexpected product issues.
HOW CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Due to our efficient turnaround speed, it is best to try calling us first.
The next best option would be to send an email to info@jrc-components.com. Wherever possible, we will be more than obliging to change or cancel an order for you. Please use the word 'cancel' or 'revision' in the subject line so that it gets picked up quickly.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
All DHL Express orders can be tracked on https://www.dhl.com/en.html
An sms monitoring message will also be sent to you after shipment is made. Deliveries can be tracked, edited and monitored from here. 

'Global Mail Tracked' items can be tracked via the email confirmation which will bring you to the Deutsche Post website as all such orders transit through Frankfurt, DE. For the highest accuracy in tracking, you can also track the parcel with the same tracking number on your domestic postal system after it arrives in your country (e.g., PostNL for customers in The Netherlands).
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
A full order refund is available on any unwanted, unused products. Please contact us in advance with your order number.
