Never arrived...

The order never arrived and no one answered my Emails.. very disappointed, and now my nephew wont get his christmas gift ..

Hi Christina — I’m sorry your order hasn’t arrived, especially as it was for a Christmas gift.

Your email was the first time this was brought to our attention however, and it came through yesterday, Saturday (Our working hours are exclusively Monday–Friday). Even so, I have just replied today, Sunday (also outside working hours) and have emailed you now with multiple solutions to get this resolved, including options to expedite at extra cost on our side compared to the untracked shipping option originally chosen.

I have a different stem mount (didn’t see JRC at the time) but between losing the spacers and damaging the threads, I wanted a replacement for the bolts. These came in super fast and were exactly what I was hoping for. Light, easy to thread and unthread, and the multi part spacers help with fine-tuning distance. Stellar product.
